Michelle Westgarth Wellness Coaching offers Fitness Classes, a 5-week Bootcamp, and one-on-one Personal Training in a non-judgemental, inclusive environment to all skill levels and ages.
Fitness Classes
Michelle offers fitness classes including yoga, cardio, weight lifting, and small group strength training. Unlimited classes are included with a monthly membership and with over 15 classes running 6 days a week, you will have a lot of choice and variety!
Michelle’s Story
Michelle believes that true strength begins with a healthy mind. “For years, I struggled with depression and anxiety. Self-limiting beliefs sabotaged careers, relationships and finances. I knew there had to be a better way to live. A way not just to survive, but to thrive!”
Michelle began to research holistic methods and to implement them into her lifestyle. Through strength training, yoga, mindfulness techniques, and nutrition she found a happier, healthier life. Through her classes, personal training, and wellness coaching, Michelle helps support people living with depression and anxiety and shows them there is a life full of light and love waiting for them. Clients of Michelle Westgarth Wellness Coaching are focused on health and wellness goals, motivating and supporting others in the community, and pushing past their comfort zones.
